Come take a walk down the shady lanes and experience a time that is long past.  A time when families gathered together, shared their memories, their lives, their joys and their sorrows.  Memories of the Long Creek Community, Families, Church, Cemetery and Association await you within these pages that have been created to honor those who came before us and intrusted its care to the generations to come.  Where you can visit with your ancestors of long ago while you share the events of the day with those who have resently gone on to be with the Lord.

Share with us the timesless history and warmeth of family ties that made the Long Creek Community a place where families settled and called home, a place where they raised their families, built their businesses, schools and churches and  where many laid their loved ones to rest.

Within the gates of Long Creek Cemetery you will find a place where families come to pay their respects, tell stories of the past and it is in those special moments that they also share with you their tears and their laughter for a time long past yet a time that they hope you will never forget.

It is my greatest hope that you will enjoy your trip down the pages of memory lane as you read the History, search the Lists of Names, make plans to come out for one of the "Special Events" to be planned, read the "Tribute Stories," find your special hero on the "List of Known Veterans" and locate the photo of a friend or loved one among the "Picture Pages."  It is a time to recall old memories and make new ones to share with future generations and before you go please take a moment and click on the "Guess Book" and "Family Forms" pages and share a memory or two with all who are searching and in return your memories will become apart of the history that is Long Creek.

Thank you to those who work so hard to carry on the stories of those who began this journey so long ago.
